ABOUT THE CLINIC
Our experienced team welcomes you to MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten - Ludwigsfelde Clinic.
At Diaverum, we offer our patients consistently high standards of care in every one of our clinics worldwide. While our care excellence, based on a highly standardised approach, drives superior medical outcomes, we also know the importance of truly empowering patients, their friends and family. Our empathetic culture delivers a holistic renal care experience, as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere to ensure our patients can regain their strength both physically and emotionally.
The clinic has been part of Diaverum since 2009 and offers 20 dialysis stations. The clinic is a satellite clinic of the MVZ Diaverum Am Neuen Garten – Potsdam.
As well as renal care services, we also offer nutritional advice and diabetic consultations at our clinic.

About Ludwigsfelde: Ludwigsfelde is located about eight kilometres east of Potsdam and around eleven kilometres south of Berlin's city limits. Thanks to the construction of an aircraft engine plant by Daimler-Benz in 1938, the locality is characterised by automotive production and aerospace technology. However, the nearby Nuthe-Nieplitz nature park, in particular, invites you to enjoy the relaxation that the region offers.

FAQs
Most patients pass the time during dialysis in activities such as reading, writing, sleeping, knitting, listening to music, watching TV or just chatting. All our dialysis clinics have televisions, free Wi-Fi for use with a mobile device, and please ask the staff for details. Please bring headphones so that you do not disturb other patients.
It is as important for dialysis patients to take a holiday as it is for anyone else, and provided you give enough notice and are flexible enough, there is no reason why you should not be able to do this. Arrangements for you to have haemodialysis at another unit may be made within this country or abroad. Please talk to your physician or nurse at least two months before you plan to travel and before making any plans. This is so we can make sure that you are fit enough to travel as well as to give us enough time to help you arrange your holiday dialysis. COVID-19 restrictions and the Foreign Office guidance apply.
We are serving snacks and beverages during your dialysis treatment.
There is a bus connection to the hospital Ludwigsfelde (line 708 towards Ludwigsfelde Struveshof). The Ludwigsfelde hospital offers parking spaces for visitors. At the main entrance keep left, you will find our dialysis clinic there.
For your first appointment with us, please bring the following with you: health insurance card, previous findings, doctor’s letters, laboratory results, medication plan and blood pressure values measured at home.
